Food Safety
The Good Samaritan Law in BC Canada, provides that a food donor is not liable for damages incurred as a result of injury, illness, disease, or death. All donations are protected under the provincial Good Samaritan Laws, which shield those who donate and distribute food in good faith from liability risks.
